Our Policy
We do take walk-ins if time permits, however most services are by appointment.
In order to avoid a $25 cancellation fee...please cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
In assuring you have an efficient and memorable experience at He & Me, please arrive 10-15 mins prior to you appointment time. Late arrivals will be rescheduled after 15 mins past appointment time if it will effect the salons schedule for the day and charged the cancellation fee.
If you are using one of our specials, please make mention upon scheduling your appointment and/or upon checkout, and if using a coupon; please show it upon checkout.
To provide our clients with a relaxing atmosphere, children are only allowed in the salon as long as they are well behaved, if they are a disturbance you will asked to not bring them back to your next service.
He & Me is not responsible for hair damage due to chemical and/or color services performed. We can not stress enough how important full knowledge of your color history is when booking a first time appointment with us is. On average hair grows at a rate of 1/2 inch a month, so please have as much of your color history knowledge as possible prior to your appointment so that we can best help you reach your goals, while maintaining healthy beautiful hair. Please consult with your stylist prior to service.
